The project is organized into two distinct spaces: a VIP Royal lounge and a Staff Lounge. The VIP Royal lounge encompasses a waiting area, reception space, and a dedicated VIP restroom. In contrast, the Staff Lounge, spanning an area of 12m x 4m, serves as a waiting area and cafeteria for the staff and pilots.
Ensuring operational efficiency during nighttime, the Helipad is equipped with specialized airfield lighting and equipment to provide optimal illumination for night operations. This comprehensive setup reflects a commitment to meeting the specific needs of both VIP and staff members, combining functionality with a touch of luxury for a seamless and comfortable experience.

The Helipad project, situated in the Al Murjan district of King Abdullah Economic City, covers an expansive area of 14,400 m2. The primary objective of the project is to establish elegantly furnished lounge and reception areas for VIPs arriving at the adjacent helipad. The lounge, designed to be portable and temporary, is housed in a 12m x 8m port-a-cabin, specially outfitted to facilitate relocation as needed.
